We are Nina and Victor, 21 years old.

 

Passionate about catering and hospitality, we decided to try our luck in Cape Verde, in Sal Rei.

 

We met at 15 because our passion led us to Poligny where we obtained a technological baccalaureate in Hospitality and Catering and then a BTS in Hospitality and Catering Management.

 

After our various professional experiences, we wanted to create a place that reflected who we are.

 

That is why, today, we are opening AQUÁRIO Hotel with the help of Djamilton Ramos.

 

Victor is in the kitchen, ready to introduce you to new flavors with fresh fish and local produce. A passionate pastry chef, he hopes to provide a perfect ending to your meal.

 

Nina in the dining room and at reception will be waiting for you with a smile and the desire to give you an unforgettable experience.
